GTR Run 10 will mark the first time that Ormsby is offering a GTR version of the Futura. The SX Carved Top one of the first models Ormsby ever offered, a guitar that ones polarized opinions with its unique features and ergonomics. Of course both Futura and SX Carved top have the well-known multiscale.

The Futura has a relatively small, light weight mahogany body and neck, accompanied with an ebony fretboard and the traditional Multiscale fretboard design. It is balanced with a flowing forearm and belly curves for comfort, and a non-intrusive side mount jack so that it can be played in all positions comfortably.

HARDWARE

TONE
Our own Hot Rock A8 Humbucker  features pride of place in the bridge position, with an PVH A2 humbucker in the neck. Both of these pickups are made to our own specifications by our partners in Korea. 500k pots for volume and tone (tone also has push/pull functionality) and a 3 way toggle switch.

FINISH
All finishes are GLOSS bodies with oiled necks.
